Who we are

LumenFilter operates a DNS-over-HTTPS resolver and publishes filter lists at lumenfilter.com and its subdomains. A legal entity name and jurisdiction will be added here when incorporated. Until then this page describes actual technical practice, not a finished contract.

What the website collects

The marketing site is static. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or payment forms on this origin.

The CDN or reverse proxy in front of the site (for example Cloudflare) may process IP addresses and standard request logs under its own terms. We do not overlay our own analytics cookies.

What the resolver collects

DNS-over-HTTPS queries are processed to answer lookups and apply filter lists.

The resolver software can keep a short operational query log (client IP, queried name, time) to debug abuse and outages. Retention target: 7 days, then deletion. Logs are not sold and are not used for advertising.

We do not currently offer a “no-log” guarantee. If that changes, this section will change first.

Filter list downloads

Fetching lists is an ordinary HTTPS GET. Edge caches may see the requesting IP. List files themselves contain no personal data.
